*Platinum Sponsorship - $17,000

*FOUR (4) PLATINUM SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE
Sponsorship Includes:

• One (1) premium location booth. Sponsor will receive priority on their location of choice. 
• Electrical & power strip included at no cost (by request)
• Logo inclusion on dedicated pull-up banner for booth display
• Presenting sponsor of an evening reception (Thursday or Friday) OR the lunch session of sponsor’s choosing (Friday or Saturday).
  • Recognition signage with company logo placed throughout reception/lunch venue
  • Company representative may give a live thirty second (:30) welcome/thank you speech at reception/lunch.
    • Note: No sales pitch allowed due to CME restrictions.
  • One vendor to sponsor each reception/lunch session
• Presenting sponsor of one (1) conference session (either AM Friday, PM Friday, or AM Saturday). Sponsor may choose session.
  • Vendor name listed on agenda (conference guide and conference website) next to sponsored session
• Two (2) page ad spread in the printed Exhibitor Directory
• Logo included on sponsor recognition page on event website
• Includes registration for six (6) representatives for all conference sessions and meals including Thursday & Friday receptions
• Opportunity for one (1) post-event email distribution to conference attendees
• Cancer Center to assist with scheduling a post-conference meeting with Capital Health representatives of sponsor’s choosing
• Social media acknowledgement as platinum sponsor on Capital Health social media channels.
• Opportunity to place one (1) collateral/giveaway in attendee bags (item provided by sponsor)

Gold Sponsorship - $12,000

Sponsorship Includes:

• One (1) premium location booth. Sponsor may choose their location after Platinum vendors make their selections.
• Electrical & power strip included at no cost (by request)
• Presenting sponsor of breakfast (Friday or Saturday) or snack session (Friday AM, Friday PM, Saturday AM) of sponsor’s choosing.
  • Recognition signage with company logo placed near food/eating areas.
  • Company name(s) recognized as breakfast or snack session sponsor on conference website and conference guide
  • Two (2) vendors may sponsor each breakfast or snack session
• Two (2) page ad spread in the printed Exhibitor Directory
• Logo included on sponsor recognition page on event website
• Includes registration for four (4) representatives for all conference sessions and meals including Thursday & Friday networking receptions
  • Ability for one (1) additional representative to attend all conference sessions/events for $1,000
• Opportunity for one (1) post-event email distribution to event attendees

Silver Sponsorship - $8,000

Sponsorship Includes:

• One (1) standard location booth
• Electrical & power strip included at no cost by request
• Logo inclusion on shared pull-up banner recognizing all silver sponsors
• One (1) full-page ad in the printed Exhibitor Directory
• Logo included on sponsor recognition page on event website
• Includes registration for two (2) representatives for all conference sessions and meals including Thursday & Friday networking receptions
  • Ability for one (1) additional representative to attend all conference sessions/events for $1,000

Bronze Sponsorship - $5,000

Sponsorship Includes:

• One (1) standard location booth 
• One (1) half-page ad in the printed Exhibitor Directory
• Company name included in text on sponsor recognition page on event website
• Includes registration for one (1) representative for all conference sessions and meals including Thursday & Friday networking receptions
  • Ability for one (1) additional representative to attend all conference sessions/events for $1,000
• Opportunity to place one (1) collateral/giveaway in attendee bags (item provided by sponsor)

Sponsorship Add-ons

Additional opportunities are listed below that can be added on to your committed sponsorship level.

• Industry Speaker Bureau Podium Presentation – $10,000
  • 30 minute presentation in general session hall open to all attendees during breakfast session of sponsor’s choosing
  • Presentation to be listed in conference guide
    • Note: This presentation will not be available for CME and will be noted as such in the conference guide

• Satellite Dinner Presentation – $10,000 
  • Brand may present to Cancer Center Senior Leadership at off-site location in the evening outside of conference hours
  • Note: Capital Health to choose location and Capital Health will cover food and beverage costs

• Mini-Symposium – $25,000 
  • Sponsor may hold a 60 minute presentation in a separate room at event facility during breakfast or lunch session of sponsor’s choosing
    • Sponsor responsible for space booking and any related food or material costs
  • Presentation will be listed on conference agenda
    • Note: This presentation will not be available for CME and will be noted as such in the conference guide.
